Jeffrey D. Kirby, Esq. is a Civil Trial Personal Injury Attorney at the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A.
Mr. Kirby was born in Virginia and raised on the Gulf Coast of northwest Florida, where he completed his undergraduate work at Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Affairs. Mr. Kirby would go on to earn his J.D. (Juris Doctorate) from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Kirby moved to South Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in the summer of 1990. In his role as a civil trial lawyer with the LOCG, Mr. Kirby litigates personal injury cases on behalf of clients and their families who were harmed, injured, or killed by the negligent actions of another person, business, or organization.
Although he works in all manners of personal injury law, he has secured several outstanding results for injured clients who were hurt in auto accidents, including pedestrian crashes. He has also successfully represented victims injured due to medical or legal malpractice, trucking crashes, nursing home abuse, negligent security, and product defects. Mr. Kirby is a valuable addition to the already prodigious team at The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A.

Mr. Kirby began his career in personal injury defense, working on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured businesses. He made the switch to plaintiff work in 2000. For nearly 20 years, Mr. Kirby has been representing injured victims of personal injury and negligence actions.
During his entire career, Mr. Kirby has worked for only four law firms, holding positions that range from senior associate to shareholder. Mr. Kirby is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, whose mission is to enhance the public’s understanding of the legal system. Mr. Kirby is also a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, which has a goal of providing civil trial lawyers with the tools needed to enhance their trial practices.
As a personal injury trial lawyer, Mr. Kirby has obtained several substantial settlements and verdicts for his clients, including three verdicts over $1,000,000, and a $603,000 verdict in a negligent security case.
Whenever possible, Mr. Kirby enjoys spending his time fishing. Whether on a coastline or deep sea, there are few things that he enjoys more than taking a relaxing boat ride out and spending a day fishing with close friends and his two boys.
