Donald W. Vollender, Esq. is a Palm Beach County personal injury lawyer with the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A.
Mr. Vollender graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and attained his J.D. (Juris Doctorate) upon graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1989 and has been practicing law in Florida ever since.
Starting as an Assistant State Attorney in the Trial Division of Broward County, Florida, Mr. Vollender has since continued to dedicated himself to the serving the clients of the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb with integrity and distinguished legal expertise.
Though his proficiency covers the full scope of the firm’s practice areas, Mr. Vollender has been particularly successful in advocating for clients that suffer injuries due to transportation accidents often involving auto accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and premises liability (slip and falls).
Leadership, Honors, & Community
Although he was born in New Jersey, Donald was raised in South Florida, and is very familiar with the community and culture of South Florida residents. Mr. Vollender spent many years of his career providing defense representation to big insurance companies, so he is fully aware of how frequently big insurance carriers use misleading and unfair tactics to avoid paying valid claims.
In 2002, he began to represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters and soon after joining LOCG, Mr. Vollender brought his unique dual insight of the legal knowledge and the legal tactics insurance companies use against personal injury victims.
At LOCG, where Donald has worked since 2009, he is continually devoted to helping clients fight the unfair and deceptive methods the big insurance companies employ to avoid paying personal injury claims.
Mr. Vollender has coached the girls’ basketball and T-ball teams at Wellington Recreation Center and is an active fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network. Donald lives in Tequesta, Florida with his wife. His daughters are accomplished volleyball players who now attend the University of Florida.
