Seth W. Pachter, Esq. is currently a Palm Beach County personal injury attorney with the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A.
Mr. Pachter began his legal career prosecuting criminals as an assistant district attorney in New York. Mr. Pachter graduated with a Bachelor of Art in History from Binghamton University and went on to achieve his J.D. (Juris Doctorate) from Albany Law School of Union University in 1996.
Although Mr. Pachter has extensive experience managing all aspects of a case from inception, pre-suit, and litigation, he is currently working in the pre-suit department, which includes advocating for clients that suffer injuries as a result of auto accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, product defects, and negligent security.

Mr. Pachter spent many years of his career working for well-known personal injury firms. During which he comfortably handled a large case load, and on multiple occasions, he recovered over one million dollars for clients. As a result, Mr. Pachter became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is one of the most prestigious groups that is dedicated to trial attorneys who have won million dollar settlements or verdicts. Mr. Pachter has proudly served his community since he was a law student representing victims of domestic violence, and has volunteered at homeless shelters, handing out food and clothing.
